Tre Valli — Attraction in Falcade

Dear Ski Resort Management Team,

We would like to provide constructive feedback regarding the restroom facilities at the slope's endpoint. Currently, the early closure of these restrooms creates significant inconvenience for visitors, as there are no other accessible public facilities in the vicinity. This situation forces many skiers to use the restroom at Ski Stop Bar, where we have unfortunately encountered consistently rude behavior from staff (particularly one older female employee), even when we were paying customers.

To better serve visitors, we respectfully suggest: Extending restroom operating hours appropriately (at least until the majority of guests have departed) Clearly displaying restroom schedules Considering additional temporary facilities if needed

Prima volta che ci vado. Bella giornata, ma ventosa in quota. Piste non ben tenute, in particolare quella che scende a Falcade. Alle 12, mentre tentiamo di rientrare a passo S. Pellegrino, bloccano la seggiovia al lago per vento, ci può stare, ma unica via di rientro. Non danno notizie per circa un'ora e nel frattempo scaricano la seggiovia. Il gentile addetto agli impianti non sa che dire... aspettare, scendere a valle verso Falcade. Un centinaio di sciatori si trovano a scendere a Falcade, nella speranza che, prima o poi, mettano dei pulmini per rientrare a San Pellegrino. Disorganizzazione totale.... verso le 14:30, finalmente, si vedono 2 pulmini per 8 persone. Comincia l'assalto! A un certo punto arriva un Brigadiere dei Carabinieri che, a fatica cerca di gestire l'assalto e non si vede neppure un' addetto agli impianti che fornisce informazioni e gestisce la situazione. Finisce con urla, con viaggi multipli, di pulmini a 8 posti, poi integrati anche da quelli di qualche albergo locale. Torni al passo che è quasi buio, neppure ti lasciano in cima ma alla partenza della funivia chiusa. Insomma mai più ! Una disorganizzazione degna della peggiore...
