Lido Sol D'oro — Attraction in Gallipoli

The beach was nice. However, the staff at Lido were very rude and arrogant. We wanted to pay for sunbeds, but apparently they were all reserved. So we sat on the public beach instead. About three hours later, when it was time for lunch, we walked past the sunbeds and noticed that quite a few were still available. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was very chaotic. There was only one young guy trying to help. When we asked about a free table, they said everything was reserved. We then tried to ask when something might become available, and the young guy was trying to assist us—until an older woman who worked at the restaurant came out and scolded him.

She clearly didn’t want us there. Very unfriendly place where they don’t seem to want tourists....

Wonderful beach with crystal clear beautiful sea. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the food is delicious, especially the fish dishes. It’s located in the very beginning of the beach, which makes it a little more relaxing and less crowded in the sea in comparison to other beach structures. I highly recommend for anyone! Buongiorno a tutti, per quanto riguarda il lido attrezzato, gli ombrelloni e lettini sono letteralmente attaccati l'uno all'altro, se necessiti di spostarti devi chiedere a chi ti sta a fianco. Il bagnoasciuga non viene mai setacciato e pulito. Per il bagno niente da fare è sempre sotto chiave, (diversi ho visto fare i bisogni nei dintorni) I prezzi di ombrellone e due lettini vanno dai 35 ai 40 euro. Caffè 1.30. il resto improponibile sul prezzo. La goccia che fa traboccare il vaso è il parcheggio!!! Dietro il lido, all'ingresso tre scappati di casa! Ti chiedono 4 euro per posteggiare l'auto al sole!!! E quando esci ti ritrovi davanti un'altra auto!!! E devi cercare uno dei tre scappati di casa e chiedere se ti spostano l'auto. Concludendo, bello solo il mare, per il resto una fregatura su tutto, soldi rubati!! Io l'anno prossimo ritorno in Emilia Romagna, dove i costi di un ombrellone è di 11 euro al giorno in Agosto con due lettini e servizi al massimo!! Qui oltre il mare non...
