We've been here for a wine tasting. We had to reserve in advance. A nice and good English speaking lady helped us. She let us taste every wine that we wanted to taste. No limits! At the end we tasted 7 wines (5 red, 1 white and 1 rose), which gave us a good vision on what sort/type of wine we like. We were able to buy our favorites right away, and she packed them in a nice box. It was kinda short though and easy arranged (just standing by a table in the store and taste some). Posto stupendo da visitare per la qualità del cibo e per il valore storico sito nelle colline Toscane. Anche solo facendo un giro nelle cantine o dove viene prodotto e lavorato il vino durante la macerazione delle uve vale la visita. La tenuta ha una distribuzione di vigente su un terreno di 80 ettari con la totale produzione all'interno della cantina. Il totale della tenuta è di 500 ettari che comprende anche una riserva di caccia dove la cacciagione è per la ristorazione. La qualità del cibo è superiore al prezzo pagato a fine pasto, il personale è di una gentilezza, disponibilità e velocità che pochi ristoranti possono vantare. Si ha la possibilità di acquistare i lori vini ad un prezzo più che onesto per la tipologia delle uve e del tipo di lavorazione, così come il loro olio e la grappa ottenuta dalle loro vinacce.
