This accommodation was really oldie worldie. The property sits on a family run winery. Four generations of wine makers - we were there during harvest and it was great watching the generations work together. We did offer our help but you did need to be qualified to help. The cottage had two bedrooms, one bathroom, a combined living room, kitchen and the views across to Panzano were fabulous. You did need to drive about 10 minutes on a well graded dirt road and my hire car did it no problems at all. We had a fabulous big balcony that overlooked the family winery as well as the beautiful Tuscan scenery. Would highly recommend this property. We were surprised that there wasn't a kettle or toaster but the owners gave us there's...

My brother and I absolutely loved our time at Ca’ di Pesa yesterday. It’s very different from all of the other Tuscan wineries we visited, as it’s a micro winery passion project. The winemaker, Diego, could not have been more welcoming and friendly. He showed us around his operation, explained the history of how it came to be, and then allowed us to taste his 4 wines. We were very impressed with all of them, but found the Chianti Classico DOCG RISERVA 2017 to be stellar and shipped a lot back to the US. The olive oil was very good as well. Overall, the view from the winery is amazing, the villa is charming, the wines are smooth, and Diego is awesome....

Such a lovely visit! What a gorgeous setting and delicious wine!!! But the true gem was the experience and hospitality you receive from the winemaker, Diego! It was such a delight having them welcome us and educate us on Chianti wine making. This entire region was gorgeous! We have visited many wineries in Napa, Sonoma, Temecula, Montelpuciano, Montalcino and elsewhere and found this tasting experience and setting to be one of our favorites. We hope to be fortunate enough to return again next year! I would not hesitate to visit this winery, as they have great restaurants in a nearby town and views that are unrivaled.

An experience that DON'T disappoint! A smaller scale winery which had long history (Guess who once lived here... The Monalisa's family) and focus on producing only the best quality wine. Diego, the actual winemaker was there to host us. We were curious about everything and started asking lots of questions and Diego was so nice and passionate to explain and educating us. We had just a wonderful time and of course, bought some lovely wines home to pamper ourselves. Definitely recommend to anyone who are in Chianti classico region to pay a visit. ^__^
