We did the cellar tour and tasting last week and really enjoyed the experience! It turned out to be a private tour for just the two of us with Federico that afternoon. I booked via email/WhatsApp the day before thinking it would be better to give them some notice instead of just showing up. Glad I did - it’s not a big commercial operation with regularly scheduled tours and it’s also in the middle of the countryside in a much less visited part of Sardinia compared to the coast. The tour was very interesting, particularly learning about their usage of terracotta jars. I love Italian wines and enjoyed learning more about what gives these wines some of the particular characteristics that I enjoy. The tasting included 3 wines but Federico was kind enough to let us also taste an orange wine after I expressed how interested I was. The tasting was accompanied by a fantastic board of local cheeses, cured meats and the crispy Sardinian cracker-like flatbread. We wound up buying a bottle of the Cannonau Riserva, our favorite of the wines we tasted. Credit cards...

Should not be missed if visiting the nearby area! We joined the 1hr tour. The view of the vineyard and the garden was stunning! It was very interesting to learn about the bio dynamic wine making process and the terracotta jar aging process of the wine. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the wine and the process.

3 glasses of wine and a delicious cheese and ham platter was included at the end of the tour. We also opted for the light lunch option as well, it was a tomato and ham pasta with some local biscuits for dessert. To be honest we probably didn't need that as the platter was already a very generous portion!

We added a few extra glasses of wine (for a very reasonable price, a few euro each) and it was really interesting to compare the wine that was aged in terracotta and aged in oak.

It's best to book the tour a few days in advance by email or whatsapp. We visited in early June 2024 and it was only us in the tour. We arranged transport from our BnB nearby with the vineyard (20 min drive) for...

We passed by, spontaneously to buy a good wine and for a tasting. Wonderful place, with a panoramic view within the winery. The tasting was offered for 12€. They offered one white wine and two red ones, that came directly from the FRIDGE !! Such a low temperature for a canonau riserva! Between the two red wines the glass wasn’t even changed. We know wine tasting from Montepulciano and montalcino , there you can taste at a high level of wine expertise. A bit of bread, water or cheese to neutralize should be serviced. We bought a canonau riserva for 23€ and at the same time explained our dissatisfaction about this “wine tasting” for 12€ . The signor wasn’t willing to make a step towards us. Financial RIP OFF! Be careful and avoid this place, there are better and...

One of the best winery tours I've ever experienced. First, the place is really outstanding, modern, well crafted in all details, amazing view even. Second, the winery is employing a philosophy of being in perfect balance with nature. They have more than vines and wine, but also olive trees, orchard, wild plants. Then, naturally, the wine is really good, they have many different types that can express many different aspects of the grapes. Finally, our host and guide, extremely expert and at the same time approachable and kind. Can expertly answer our questions and explain simply the various complex processes behind wine making. Extremely recommended. Also, you can buy your wine and get it shipped home!
