Uns interessiert Wein. Wir schauen uns seit 20 Jahren jährlich eine Region an mit dem Ziel, einen guten Überblick zu bekommen. Cantele war einer der Höhepunkte. Ein Chardonnay zum Niederknien und das, obwohl Chardonnay nicht zu meinen Favoriten zählt. In der Gegend so einen Weisswein zu produzieren, nötigt Respekt ab. Eigentlich fing die gebuchte Führung (nicht nur wir 9, sondern mehr Leute) ziemlich 08/15 an. Man dachte schon an die simple "Keller-ES-Tanks und Eichenfässer anschauen, Weinproben und Tschüss. Aber unsere Führerin war die eigentliche Überraschung der ganzen Woche. Eine solch professionelle, tiefgründige Führung durch einen super organisierten Betrieb haben wir noch ganz selten erlebt. Ganz großes Kino, eine echte Expertin, trocken vorgetragen, aber voll im Thema. Sehr cool.
