The wine tasting at Claudio Quarta wines was simply amazing. Alessandra, the daughter of the winery founder, gave us an unforgettable tour that covered the winery, history, and transformation into a modern and high end winery. The tour included a large collection of ancient wine items that the founder has collected over the past couple of decades. This was followed by a fabulous tasting of white, rose, and red (negroamaro) wines. The tasting was expertly hosted by Katerina in a beautiful tasting area where wines were once stored decades ago. Each was excellent and the experience was enhanced by perfectly paired food.
