Una splendida risorsa: Parcheggi, prato vastissimo e ben curato in mezzo agli ulivi, campetto di basket, di calcio in sabbia per il beach soccer, parco giochi per bambini, struttura bar, con annesso bagno pubblico, struttura per convegni, e percorso per passeggiare/correre. C'è tutto ed è per tutti.

Ha le basi per poter essere un'incantevole luogo di ritrovo, ideale per trascorrere il tempo libero. Tuttavia, è poco sfruttato. Dovrebbe essere valorizzato ancora di più. Come?
