Amarylli Beach Club — Attraction in Latina

I really enjoyed my time at Amarylli Beach Club. I came on a Sunday and we managed to reserve the last two available sun beds and umbrella a week prior. Even though we were in the last row, it’s not far from the shore so it’s quite nice. The restaurant was very good as well - we ordered fried calamari and shrimp as well as pasta with muscles, clams and shrimp and an octopus and potato purée. I go here with my friend when in Latina. Very pleasant, pretty lido, with not too many loungers, and not far to walk from your lounger to the sea, as it's not a huge lido, which I like. Clientele pleasant and relaxed, staff friendly, food and drinks good. Frequento questo locale da almeno 3 anni in maniera assidua, e per assidua intendo una media di due/tre sere a settimana in cui andiamo con la famiglia e spesso anche con gli amici per fare apericena (quindi con bei conti finali). Ieri siamo andati solo io e mio marito, abbiamo pagato il primo conto e poi abbiamo aggiunto in un secondo momento un vassoietto di frutta quando ad un certo punto ha iniziato a piovere e ci siamo dovuti alzare per non bagnarci. Io mi sono riparata vicino la cassa con ancora il vassoio in mano e mentre mio marito cercava una sedia sotto gli ombrelloni riparati e’ stato richiamato a gran voce e davanti a tutti gli altri clienti per pagare il vassoietto di frutta dal tizio riccio con gli occhiali che sta sempre in cassa. Io mi sono vergognata a tal punto di dirglielo in faccia: “scusa, ma siamo sempre qui, cosa hai pensato che ce ne andavamo senza pagare?
