Very nice via ferrata, vertical and exposed. Beautiful views to Lago di Como and the city of Lecco. Level D ( difficult). Not for beginners,- some climbing experience is required. There are 2 variants of the descent, we took the shortest one , passing the forest . Highly recommended for all that love via ferratas . We climbed it at May 2024. Here is my video about this...

Route is poorly marked to get to the base of the VF and there is limited parking available near by. The LatLong for the start is (45.8742466,9.3945504)

The VF itself is good and can be climbed without the use of cable or chain. The most dangerous part of the route is the path down a steep incline with lots...

A decent via ferrata near Como. 4 hours in total with a slow descent. You’ll have to go up to the pink house (turn right) and then turn left 100 meters later to go up. Then left and right. The sign for the via ferrata is a little bit hidden. We accidentally starter going up where you’ll go...

Toller, luftiger Klettersteig mit stets bestem Ausblick aus Lecco. Kurzer, angenehmer Zustieg durch das Dorf zur Wand. Sollte früh morgens oder gegen Abend begangen werden, da er südseitig ausgerichtet ist und es dementsprechend heiss in der Wand wird. Die Kategorie C/D passt. Es gibt keine wirklich technisch schwierigen Stellen, jedoch sollte er nicht von Anfängern begangen werden. Einziges Manko ist der Abstieg. Wir sind 1h umher geirrt, bis wir uns dazu entschlossen haben, nach dem Gipfel RECHTS runter (kleines Holzschild mit "Laorca" )zu gehen. Steiler Abstieg, aber nicht allzu lange. Der Weg ist irreführend weil überall Nr. 56 als Abstieg empfohlen wird, jedoch nirgends Nr. 56 angeschrieben steht. Läuft man die Nr. 57 oder 59 Richtung San Martino, kommt man noch über andere Gipfel an und absteigend irgendwann ins Tal (Rundtour) Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen.
