Had a fantastic morning here! Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the stunning gardens, vineyard, wine making museum, and shop and then tasted so many delightful wines. Ended up buying several bottles to bring home. Extremely affordable for great wine. Most bottles ~9-18 euro. Attached shop also had some grocery goods and gifts that were also the most affordable, unique items we’ve found in our 3 weeks in Italy.
As a side note, we brought our toddler in a stroller and this was by far the most convenient place we’ve experienced to bring a stroller and a kid. Plenty of space and ramps everywhere.
Other tips: Wine tasting was free Walked the grounds and visiting the mini museum are also free. Guided tours of the cellars with a guide are available for booking with a fee. Would love to do this next time we visit. English spoken by staff Note that they are closed midday 1-3pm. Read moreThis was suggested by the owner of our VRBO and we can't say enough wonderful things. The vineyard is absolutely beautiful. The wine tasting was interesting and so much fun. The food that accompanied the tasting was fantastic. We loved that they gave us plenty of time to enjoy the environment without rushing us. We felt that the price and quality of the wine were exceptional, and the liquor tasting at the end was an added bonus. Our guide, Nuncio, was was wonderful. He was entertaining and informative. While he gave the tour in English, he helped us learn Italian along the way.he really made the whole experience even more amazing. I'm so glad we were able to pend an afternoon here and couldn't recommend it enough. Would...
Read moreWe went there for a visit and a wine tasting experience. We had the best of times! The lady who took care of us (such a shame I didn't get her name) was very knowledgeable and eager to talk about this wonderful and beautiful wine house. The wine tasting experience was amazing, the wines very good (you gotta try the cold red wine) and the food that came with it was in perfect accordance with the rest. We went to the store and loved to buy some of the wines we tried. We were not pushed at all. On the contrary, everyone was pleased to make us taste liquors and other locally produced goods. We even got a free bottle of wine after we were done with our purchases. What a great place!...
