The staff was very polite and kind, the wine was delicious as well as the appetizers. My only suggestion, if we are only having 3 wines, for a proper tasting it really should be 3 separate glasses , especially if you’re not rinsing glasses between bottles. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning, my attendant poured my white wine into my red wine glass then when I finished the white whine, she poured the red wine into the already used glass (that had white wine in it). I stopped for lunch with my mom and other family members, and we enjoyed this visit beyond our expectations. We first took a tour of the vineyard on electric jeeps. We learned about the history and the winemaking, and visited the amazing cellar. Then we were treated to a sumptuous tray of cold cuts and cheeses, paired with their wines. Prima di tutto un plauso all'azienda per la sua grande attenzione all'ambiente, prima al mondo ad ottenere certificazione zero emissioni co2, secondo quello che la preparatissima guida ci ha rappresentato; la visita ai vigneti viene effettuata infatti, mediante bike e jeep elettriche e durante la degustazione non abbiamo trovato traccia di plastica, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. I vigneti visitati, "Lorenzo" e "San Giovanni" sono circondati da una cinta di alberi, immersi nelle colline e nella storia della famiglia Fasola Bologna. Luogo incantevole, silenzioso, ove la natura svolge perfettamente la sua funzione sulle uve coltivate. La cantina è pulitissima e suggestiva, soprattutto la parte sotterranea dove vengono conservati i pregiati vini rossi nei tonneaux e nelle barriques. La degustazione, avvenuta nella splendida terrazza, ha reso l'esperienza indimenticabile. Oltre al vino abbiamo degustato l'olio prodotto dall'azienda, servito in eleganti monoporzioni in vetro, sul pane tipico umbro, e assaggiato una selezione di formaggi e salumi locali. Possiamo dire che il personale, gentilissimo e molto preparato anche sulle questioni più "tecniche" relative alla coltivazione, è un valore aggiunto alla già splendida realtà dell'azienda.
