Although we really wanted to love our stay at Cassanova di Relais, we were disappointed from the moment we checked in. Our reception welcome lacked enthusiasm and excitement for our stay.
The first night in our suite was extremely hot and did not cool down, when we brought to their attention, it was only met with excuses. Although it wasn’t really fixed, they did give us a fan that helped our sleep the second night.
The facility is beautiful and the woman who served us breakfast was wonderful and pleasant. She should be in the reception, greeting guests!
Then, unfortunately on our departure date, we were not told about a code needed to leave. When we arrived at the gate, after calling the front desk, the code did not work & we waited 20 minutes in our car for the gate to be opened.
