I had a very nice and fruitful visit to this winery in this February. We felt honoured to receive the greeting from the owner and his wife. Matilde, the winery staff, gave us an in-depth visit of the winery and explained in great details about the terroir, Uccelliera wine making and the owner's philosophy in making their wines, which was really impressed me. After an extensive tasting, I found that the Uccelliera wines really stand out their characters and wine making philosophy. Beautiful family winery. The owners were very welcoming and the guide for our tour and wine tasting was both knowledgeable and friendly. We spent a wonderful afternoon exploring wines at different stages and comparing different years. They had some beautiful wines as well as some of the best olive oil we have had while in Italy.
