Casa di Baal is a very special place. Our experience here made our entire vacation into something exceptional. The family owned and operated vineyard/olive orchards are very modern yet steeped in decades of family experience managing a business. They aren't afraid to try something new, e.g. olive VINES, or Adopt an Olive Tree. The tour was loaded with good information and the tasting/lunch was not to be believed. The roses at the end of the aisles are sort of a canary-in-the-coal mine practice to exhibit any distress the vines might be having since the roses experience the same sort of maladies as the grapes. And, they happen to produce a very tasty bottle of wine. They opened five bottles of their wine for our pleasure; one was better than the next. I personally enjoyed seeing the presses and getting to understand a little bit about the business.

Amazing family owned winery that has everything farmed naturally and organically within their own premise. The lovely Francesca showed us a wonderful time around the olive trees, natural produce and grapes. We tasted their wine which was fabulous and had amazing tomatoes and cheese to pare it with. It was super cute and simple! The overall experience still has a lot of its family character! You feel that you’ve entered an Italian farm home and welcomed by a family household. At the end you are greeted by a beautiful family dogs who I fell in love with ❤️

The visit to the Casa di Baal winery was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness and hospitality. The surroundings of the estate were breathtakingly beautiful. We were particularly impressed by their focus on sustainability and organic principles. The activities were both fun and educational. The staff's passion and knowledge about their work shone through and made the visit even more memorable. Casa di Baal receives our warmest recommendations.

Today we had the most amazing wine pairing with food, wine tasting ever, & anywhere in the world! Sitting under fig and olive trees in the shade beside the grape vineyard just outside the back of the farmhouse and winery. We had several plates of their homegrown vegetables, homemade sausage, pepperoni, local cheese, fruits, including apricots, figs, tomatoes, and then fresh homemade bread, their own amazing olive oil, after a vineyard and winery tour by Francesca with Nadia. We enjoyed whites and two nice red wines and Aperitivo. We were treated like royalty. This is an organic winery run by a family of Mother, and father (who we got to meet), I think four daughters and a son and their families. Unbelievable experience!. Carrying likely over limit back to Canada! And we must...

Absolutely amazing experience. We decided to visit Casa di Baal on our holiday in south of Italy. We were welcomed by the beautiful sisters from Casa diBaal. They made us feel very welcoming. We started the tour around the farm with a beautiful glass of sparkling wine. Afterwards we sat at a beautiful table and enjoyed a fantastic meal made by the family. Everything homemade and everything coming from the farm. It made it even better that everything were organic. We tried 3 beautiful and tasteful wines during the meal. Thank you Casa diBaal for an...
