Terre di Noto Wine Tasting – A True Sicilian Gem 🍷
Our wine tasting experience at Terre di Noto was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine passion for winemaking.
The tasting itself was beautifully organized — each wine was introduced with care and insight, showcasing the richness of the local terroir. We especially loved the Nero d’Avola and Moscato — bold, elegant, and full of character.
Alongside the wines, we enjoyed delicious local snacks: fresh bread, olives, cheeses, and traditional Sicilian delicacies that perfectly complemented the tasting.
The views over the vineyards were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made the experience even more special. It wasn’t just a tasting — it was a journey into Sicilian culture, nature, and tradition.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Noto area. This is a place where wine is made with heart. We’ll...
Read moreA little gem of a wine tasting spot. A true family business. Ludovico (winemaker) had to pitch in since his wife had a family obligation. Quick tour of the vineyard, crushing equipment, winemaking facility and barrel room. Clearly a lot of wine knowledge and passion here as both father and son have oenology degrees. Tasted through probably more wines than were technically included in our tasting. And paired with a substantive and delicious “snack” including their own olive oil. Wines were consistently good to very good. And we were the only people tasting at this time. So different from the big wineries as we got to ask so many (possibly too many!) questions directly to the winemaker. And the wines are amazingly affordable given the quality of the wine. Can’t recommend this visit highly enough if you’re looking for a low key, high quality...
