fun experience! Not to be missed if you are in the area. I want to say a huge thank you to Viviana and Riccardo Amazing team of people. I was with my 9-year-old daughter, and with a torn ankle and I really wanted to do it, even though I was afraid and worried, and they accompanied me, and my family, through the whole process and waited patiently, even at the expense of lunch, during their break. They gave me security and their giving is endless, they gave of themselves above and beyond, and of course the guarantees and everything is perfect. To be for a moment like a bird in the air to see the lake and the crazy, mesmerizing landscape....

Per caso qualcuno sa come contattarli? Perché io nel 2023 avevo acquistato dei biglietti per fare la zip line che però mi sono stati poi allungati fino al 2025, dato che nel 2024 hanno fatto una ristrutturazione Ora però ancora non hanno aperto e ho provato a contattarli per capire quando apriranno, perché ho urgenza di andarci entro settembre, altrimenti perdo tutti i soldi spesi Ho provato a contattarli con il numero che hanno sul loro sito sia su WhatsApp sia chiamandoli più volte e non mi hanno mai risposto Ho anche provato a contattarli via mail e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta Spero di riuscire ad andare in questo posto e di spendere i biglietti che ho acquistato in modo da poter cambiare questa recensione negativa che al momento non è sul posto in sé, è sulla loro abilità di comunicare con il pubblico

p.s dopo settimane di non risposta sono riuscita ad avere una risposta dal lago maggiore (non riapriranno prima del 2026 ad orta) e dopo altre due settimane ho...

Wir sind keine Zip Anfänger und leider muss ich sagen, dieses Erlebnis war nix. Die Dame im Tickethäuschen unten war sehr nett,hat gut und verständlich erklärt. Sie war mein Highlight und der Grund warum ich 2Sterne vergebe. Der Weg rauf,am Sportplatz und Schwimmbad vorbei . Dann viele Treppen,steil um zum Podest zu kommen. Oben dann weder Einweisung, noch Sicherheitstipps. Dieses Mal wurden wir auch nicht nach unserem Gewicht gefragt, wie sonst . Es gibt Hauben für unter die Helme. Ich bin zu erst gesprungen und da saß der Gurt leider genau in meinem Intimbereich. 45Sek Schmerz statt Adrenalin oder Freude. Meine 9Y Tochter als 2tes , diese hatte ein ähnliches Problem, wenn auch Gott sei Dank nicht so schlimm. Mein Mann zum Schluss, auch dort saß der Gurt nicht optimal. 61€ für ein Erlebnis ohne Charme oder Freude. Ich kann dieser Zip also leider nicht...
