Tenuta Corallo Winery — Attraction in Otranto

My husband and I visited the Winery for degustation. We got lost and were late so we joined a very jolly Canadian group of cyclists. The lady did a splendid job telling us the story behind each wine, the traditions and wine history of the region, the Winery itself. We tasted 5 wines of different grapes - primitivo, negroamaro, fiano along with little appetizers. One of the few wineries in the region with info on website, offering degustation packages for a just a couple of people AND in English. Thanks Manuela: for your great hospitality, information and most of all also great wines. From white to rose to red - premium quality wines at Tenuta Corallo, fair priced. The best wines we had in Puglia, at least. The wine tour & tasting had been our highlight experience in Puglia. Great vineyard tour followed by a sampling in a very hearty manner and relaxed atmosphere, which we even made friends in over the evening (time planned was exceeded by far ..thanks! :)...

Wir waren zweimal dort für Urlaub und kommen nicht mehr wieder. Das erste Mal war es schön, das zweite Mal nicht. Die Außenanlage ist schön und auch der Zugang zum Meer aber das war es auch schon.

Der Pool ist nicht brandgefährlich, wir sind bald ertrunken. Es ist nicht ersichtlich wo das Wasser tiefer wird. Das letzte Mal waren wir letztes Jahr im Sommer dort. Das Apartment war feucht,modrig und schimmelig. Sowas vermietete man nicht.. es kamen entsprechende Ausreden... Das alles für eine Menge Geld. Ein anderes Apartment haben wir auf Anfrage leider nicht erhalten . Wir würde "vertröstet". Am Ende hatten wir alle (+Baby) husten. Ich habe auch Bilder von dem Schimmel gemacht falls behauptet wird dass es nicht stimmt
