I had high expectations but they were exceeded. Beautiful vineyards and the wines (rose, white, and red) were excellent. We even got to try a grappa that is made with their grapes. The cheese and salami and honey (that they make) were also fabulous. A few tips: 1) Luciano will give you the road name but it’s PONTIDA VIA CAPIETAGLIO (don’t follow Google Maps directions). I included a pic of how it goes around to the winery but call Lucian and he will come meet you and show you where to park. 2) where shoes as there’s a bit of walking involved. 3) we were there in early Sept and there were mosquitos so bring bug spray if you are allergic like my wife. 4) it’s worth doing and is much better than any experience we’ve had in the US at Napa/Sonoma/Willamette

We had a lovely evening with a tour and wine tasting here. The owners are incredibly friendly and very passionate about their work. We got the tour from Luciano who taught us about the wine making in perfect English. He even told us some good tips for the region and interesting backstories about some touristic spots. Ask him about Colleoni. After the tour we got to taste the wines, which were very tasteful! We also got to taste some local products like cheese, salami and honey (from their own bee hives). The view on the vineyard and mountains was amazing! Would definitely recommend going here :)

Our group of four had a truly delightful experience in September at this lovely small farm and winery. Luciano gave us a most interesting tour of the vineyards and cellar and his passion was obvious. This was followed by a tasting of several wines accompanied by delicious local cheeses, bread, salami, honey, vegetables, and fig jam. This we enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the beautiful vineyards. Many thanks to Luciano, Gabriella, and of course their two adorable Bernese mountain dogs! It was an unforgettable experience.
