We cannot recommend this experience enough! Cosimo was fantastic, the wine was exquisite and the food pairing was super tasty. We were running late but the host were so accommodating, we tried 7 wines which were all paired with an assortment of meats, cheeses, chuntneys, pasta, fruit and finally a sweet wine which was unlike any I've tried before. Great wine tasting experience at Le Palaje Cantina. We sat on the terras with nice view and tasted 5 of their wines, including the orange.
