Parco Avventura — Attraction in Perarolo di Cadore

Do NOT go here —————————- My friend and I had a very negative experience at this park. We left our bag (with phones, car keys, and the keys to our accommodation) at the reception, trusting it would be safe. During the course, no staff members checked in on us or monitored our progress.

When we finished the last route and returned to reception to return our climbing gear and collect our belongings, we discovered the staff had already locked up and left, leaving us stranded in a foreign country with no way to get home as it was getting dark.

Fortunately, another visitor helped us contact the police and other people, since the company was unreachable. Thanks to her kindness, we eventually recovered our belongings.

We are very grateful to that visitor, but the staff was in our view irresponsible and acted unsafe. Especially at a park that welcomes many children, safety should always come first and that includes making sure every visitor makes it back safely and checking if all the material is back before the...

Siamo arrivati, non ci hanno chiesto che età avesse nostra figlia, hanno fatto la tessera, messo l'imbracatura e chiesto quali attività volesse fare, abbiamo risposto tutto e pagato 12 euro per percorso, barchetta e tappeto elastico, più 5 di tessera associativa. Solo dopo abbiamo appreso che la bimba era troppo piccola per fare in autonomia il percorso, di fatto uno di noi ha dovuto sempre stare su con lei, solo dopo abbiamo appreso che le barchette vanno guidate con due manopole ed era molto improbabile che lei potesse essere in grado di usarle in autonomia. C'era stato detto che c'era una corda per governare la barchetta ma abbiamo atteso un bel po' prima che venisse reperita. C'è stato detto solo dopo che non c'era un servizio di salvataggio nel laghetto. Ma ciò che più ci ha disturbati è che si dava per scontato che i genitori accompagnatori dovessero essere in grado di utilizzare le strutture perché chi avrebbe dovuto spiegare come utilizzare l'imbracatura non lo ha fatto. Non ci è stato detto nemmeno che una volta iniziato il percorso va necessariamente completato, salvo ad usare una chiave che, ovviamente, il membro dello staff non aveva con sé.
