Hilberg Pasquero — Attraction in Priocca

Amazing experience at HIlberg Pasquero. The wines are incredible, very decently priced, and quite unique. Nicola and his family have embraced a bioergodynamic approach (symbiosis and empathy with nature) in their wine making, and it's a pleasure to hear about their work, how they envision wine making and the way nature is an integral partner in their endeavour. This results in great wines. I'll make sure to visit again, and thanks for showing us around. FYI, they speak English & French too...

We had an incredible experience visiting the winery. Their approach to wine combines scientific research with traditional knowledge and love of nature, and is truly inspiring. We loved all the wines (!), the atmosphere is pleasant and laid back and we would definitely recommend to visit.
