Bersi Serlini Franciacorta — Attraction in Provaglio d'Iseo

My family and I had the opportunity to visit the "Bersi Serlini" vineyard in Provaglio d'Iseo, right in the heart of the stunning Franciacorta region.

We arrived there by ebike, thanks to a fantastic guide we hired to help us navigate the area. The vineyard is easily accessible and offers plenty of parking space. One of the perks of being in a rural setting is that it’s convenient for everyone to reach.

The tour was a great experience, and the sommelier explained the winemaking process in such an engaging way. He provided us with a wealth of information that was both clear and easy to follow. The highlight for me was touring the cellar where the newly bottled wines are stored.

Of course, the "wow" moment came when we tasted their exquisite wines, perfectly paired with a delightful platter of local cold...

Abbiamo partecipato all'evento Franciacorta 20k24 presso Bersi Serlini. Location molto bella, serata movimentata, però luogo comodo e vino buono. Personale disponibile, ma decisamente male organizzato, mai vista una cosa simile.

Dividevano la spesa cibo e vino in gettoni acquistabili presso punti vendita interni alla corte.

Alle 22 le cucine hanno chiuso e se tu avevi i gettoni per viveri in mano, beh erano letteralmente cazzi tuoi, perché comunque non te li avrebbero rimborsati, ma tantomeno scambiati, praticamente tenendosi letteralmente 7 euro già spesi, ricordiamo che per legge se acquisto un bene o un servizio in anticipo, è tuo dovere adempiere a questo, oppure o diritto al rimborso (che logica impressionante), palesemente una scammata, sinceramente già solo per questo non ci metterò mai più piede.

Dovevano purtroppo portare avanti e indietro le persone con le navette, ma al ritorno, nel gelo, non si sono minimamente curati di organizzare delle file e letteralmente siamo stati in coda 1 ora per aspettare le navette, con gente che continuava a superare e si metteva a correre per salire sui mezzi, con gente che litigava, urlava, si accalcava e quasi si è arrivati più di una volta a una rissa, costringendo persone come noi che rispettavano la fila a perdere più di 3/4 la navetta che ci spettava.

Il fatto più increscioso della serata è stato quando il buttafuori Africano, che stava operando la sera del 14 Settembre, si è rivolto a una ragazza, che si stava palesemente solo lamentando dicendogli di fare qualcosa per i furbi e organizzare le file, si è agitato e si è permesso di dirle "Perché sei donna, sennò ti facevo vedere io a te".

Un fatto che per me è qualcosa di gravissimo. 🫠

Un post scriptum però lo voglio dedicare alla ressa di gente che se ne è fregata altamente di chi stava rispettando la fila:

l'Italia è il paese che è, della quale voi vi lamentate, il paese che così sarà sempre, per gente come voi, il problema non è l'Italia, il problema sono gli italiani, tenetelo a mente nel vostro perbenismo, mocassini e automobili luccicanti.

It all depends on what you expect. When we visited this winery seven years ago, we had an excellent and detailed tour, learning about the area, grape growing, and wine making from a knowledgeable guide deeply involved in the process. This time, however, we had a 40-minute tour with a friendly young lady who had only been working there for six weeks.
