Spiaggia di Capitana — Attraction in Quartu Sant'Aleni/Quartu Sant'Elena

Blue water remains shallow for many metres away from the shore. Is a place where you can play with children in the water in a very safety way. Water is clean but often no sand around, in fact tide is high especially now August 2023. Three different small bays in an area of 4 kilometers and in between them a reef of rocks quite smooth from the water suitable for snorkeling. There are bus stops for the ARST (Sardinian bus line, which I recommend for the fastest and most comfortable way to get there) and CTM (Cagliari bus line). Absolutely gorgeous beach and ideal for family. The beach is clean and it has clear waters and shallow, can see the fish swimming around. The sand is fine and no shellfish or jellyfish. The only problem that it has is that sometimes is hard to find a space....
