Really don't know how this could have gotten any better. We 100% lucked out and booked a day that ended up being a "rain delay" in the middle of their harvest. In spite of the crew being super busy, they honored our reservation. Francesco gave an amazing tour, taught our group a bunch of new things and did not rush us through at all. You can just feel the passion that he has for the business and the winery. This winery is lucky to have him on board. And all would be great in the world if it stopped there, but their wine is fantastic. The 2018 Riserva that we tasted (and that I am drinking as I type this review) is magical. If the Canadian government wasn't so bavkwards and protectionist, I would have shipped a couple of cases home. We will be back. You need to go.

Definitely a place to come. Would recommend to email at a minimum beforehand as they can get busy and might have openings. Luckily they had some openings for tours when we arrived. We want to come back for the private tour or wine maker tour as get to do tasting in historical room (where old cellars are). Big shout out to Max, he has been there for over 8 years as of this review, was our tour guide and set up some of the vineyards in 2014. He definitely made it an unforgettable experience, you can tell his love and passion for what he does. Got a bottle of wine to take back and would recommend him or anyone there as all were nice and gave great customer service. Also, if have time, walk around property, castle and landscaping are very nice.

The views were stunning, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the service exceeded all expectations. Every meal was a masterpiece—authentic Tuscan flavors paired beautifully with their exceptional wines. The Chianti Classico was unforgettable, rich and perfectly balanced. The staff made us feel like family, and the atmosphere was peaceful, rustic, and luxurious all at once. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay filled with delicious food, world-class wine, and heartfelt service, this is it. A true gem in the heart of Tuscany. Highly recommend

We had the pleasure to experience the wine tasting with Paolo who was incredibly knowledgeable about both viticulture and as sommelier. This is the oldest cantina of the Chianti region (since 1043!) and it is really beautiful and special. I recommend tasting at least 3 wines and if possible to be guided by Paolo: besides knowing a lot he is super hospitable, ensuring you have a great time. We tasted the olive oil too and ended up buying it because it was extremely good as well :) If you are looking for something authentic and high quality, this is your...
