Parco Avventura EtnAvventura Serra La Nave — Attraction in Ragalna

This is not my first experience visiting the site and generally i am positively impressed. Regrettably, I didn't get a positive experience as i found the facilities closed despite it being advertised as open on the website. The attendant on site informed me that due to bad weather the previous night, the zip line personnel did not report to work, hence no activities could be made. Instead the only staff on site dedicated their time to do maintenance to the amenities. The weather on the day of our visit was good to withstand zip line activities. I hope for a more positive experience...

Activities are graduated, from simple to super scary. The simpler ones are obviously for smaller kids. Teens start on the courses in the mid scale. My teens didnt complete the final two, as being too scary. Maybe next time! Each area has a dedicated staff member supervising and ready to provide encouragement.
