Small Natural reserve with mamy interesring things to see. Staff was welocoming and I recommend visiting the small museum containing fee specimens of local fauna and flora.

Staff provided us some leaflet with information about the reserve and the province.

Beautiful place, would reccomend to visit, is a nice feeling to get surrounded by nature after being in the different cities of Sicily. We just walk the path towards the mouth of the river and the sea, and it was peaceful and gorgeous. Recommend to walk it when the sun is not at its highest point due to almost no shade. Lovely nature reserve, free parking and entrance. Reception centre with clean bathrooms. Nice walking trails and beach access - but understandably no swimming allowed as it is a nature reserve. Great 1/2...
