Hallo, Today, 23.07.2024 at around 15.00 the staff(woman) who was guiding pinocchio was very rude to us, we were sitting in the litte train, she said something to us in italian, unfortunatelly we didnt understand what she said, we were ready to do what she wanted but we didnt understand because we dont speak italian. We are tourist. She came to us said something very rude to my little son who is 3 years old and then she went back to her place, because i didnt understand what she said i asked her politely if she can speak english, she said very rudely that i should speak italien and then she started the train, and was discussion about us with other people and had a very rude face. We couldnt enjoy the ride since we felt very humiliated even though we didnt do anything wrong on purpose. While riding the little train. My sons hat fell of. After the ride my husband asked her if she could get the hat for us, she came back with the hat and through it at him.
We never experienced such a bad service, very absetting. Everyone else were very nice, and very helpful even though we couldt communicate properly, only her. The whole experience was nice except her bad service, UNACCEPTABLE. She should learn how to treat tourist, most of the tourist dont speak italian. Tourist come to explore the country and its very difficult to learn the native language, since tourist dont stay for long time. We really want you guys do to something about this, because this can happen to other people too.
Thank you in advance,
With many...
Read moreWe (two adults and 3 children - 4, 7 and 11) visited on the 30th July 2024 having booked in advance as part of a joint ticket with Aquafan access. When we first arrived impression was fairly good however that soon changed. All water areas had rubbish and dirt in them and needed both a clean and a top up as levels were very low. The boat ride around "Venice" was especially comical as the mini boats were mostly above the waterline. Within the Square where children can press buttons nothing happened. This is particularly billed as an attraction but was disappointing. When queuing for the monorail we had people push in and stare at us like they just didn't care. the Miniature Europe section was pointless, one small feature from only a handful of countries of europe. might as well have not bothered with it. The birds of paradise section was tiny and the birds were held in tiny cages that they could not possibly fly around in given their size. This kind of attraction is outdated and they should consider closing it down.
Overall the park was a let down, clever in its design but in dire need of a good clean...
Read moreWe felt like a bit of a change from visiting the beach so we found this place. A little bit outside Rimini we arrived to find ample paid parking (3€ per day). We then went in quite quickly without queues, probably due to covid. We spent about 45 minutes walking around the part of the park with the miniature building from all over Italy which were well made and interesting for us as we have visited many of the places. We then wondered round to see what else the park offered, not much! We took a ride on the Pinocchio ride which took about 2 minutes and the story was told only in Italian and felt very dated. Maybe for very young Italian kids it would be OK. Then we went on the boat trip around mini Venice, quite nice but nothing amazing. We then went for the parrot experience which was 2 large beautiful parrots that sat on the metal cage screaming. Last but not least we took a 5 minute ride on the mono-rail around the park. All in all, I felt that the 22€ price tag was a bit steep and maybe for kids of between the ages of 4 and 10 it might be interesting but other than that pretty...
