Salaparuta is the second place you have to visit if you are intrested in history of Belice valley earthquake from 1968. This place is not in good condition, it is separated into small damaged houses not so compact as the Poggioreale. Be aware of stray dogs which are everywhere ...and not so friendly...

Luogo emozionante, davvero suggestivo. Tutte le struttura sono state distrutte dal terremoto del Belice, che a quanto pare trovo epicentro proprio a Salaparuta. Merita di essere davvero visitata la sua matrice. Toccante e misterioso è il racconto delle lacrime del Cristo avvenute proprio un anno preciso prima della tragedia...
