Cantina Bruscia — Attraction in San Costanzo

Wow! Of all the tastings we have done in two weeks of 'food and wine honeymoon' this one is our favourite! We tasted their white wine (Famoso, it tastes really good!) in a restaurant in Fodsombrone and decided to stop by the Catina the next morning. We got a taste of many of their wines and found even a better tasting white: Lubac! I know that wine tasting is a very personal matter, and everyones preferences differ greatly. Oggi 20 aprile 2019 io e mia moglie insieme a una coppia di amici, abbiamo trascorso un indimenticabile pomeriggio con il titolare, persona affabile e di compagnia, tra chiacchiere e degustazioni di vino accompagnate da un paio di squisitezze di produzione casareccia di sua moglie. Uno di quei pomeriggi in cui il tempo sembra non fermarsi mai, che vorresti non si fermasse mai. E che non vedi l'ora di replicare. Faccio i complimenti per vini, a lui per la cordialità e per aver saputo trasmetterci la passione per il suo lavoro e ultima ma non per questo meno importante alla moglie, fisicamente non presente ma idealmente con noi, per averci fatto sentire la tradizione marchigiana con le sue creazioni, la crescia sia salata che dolce.
