A more modern and experimental take on traditional amarone wine making in Valpolicella, Italy. Such an amazingly beautiful facility, blending the world of centuries past and today. The facility blends modern architecture located in an ancient sandstone quarry dating back to the 15th century. The owner seriously takes the utmost care in his facility's presentation.
The wine marker, Celestino, also takes a similar approach to his craft. Blending ancient art with unique approaches, using nearly extinct grape varietals and creating a beautiful blend that is mesmerizing, ever changing, and multifaceted.
