Veja Adventure Park — Attraction in Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo

I'm not rating 1 star as the park itself is worth it. We use to go every year. This time, however, we had a very poor experience with the staff at front desk. Although the park closes at 7pm, as mentioned on Google, they accept customers until 5pm. We reached the place literally at 5.05pm, with our kids super excited, and they did not allow us to get in. When I asked if I could speak to the manager, they said no. They also added they don't care if we won't come back. Such a shame for our previously beloved Adventure Park. Avevo visto questa attività in visita al Ponte di Veja. Il sabato successivo ci sono tornato su richiesta di mio figlio di 9 anni. In un bel bosco sono state creati dei percorsi avventura di varia difficoltà, per bambini, ragazzi e adulti. La sicurezza e l'assistenza è garantita dalle apparecchiature di sicurezza e dagli assistenti, nel nostro caso Giovanni e Ismaele. Chiunque acceda ai percorsi viene dotato di imbracatura, moschettoni e caschi forniti dalla struttura; è in ogni caso possibile accompagnare il proprio figlio senza necessariamente accedere ai percorsi. All'inizio dell'attività viene fatto un dettagliato briefing che illustra le condizioni di sicurezza per accedere ai percorsi, facendo provare e sperimentare in prima persona le attrezzature. E' stata una bellissima esperienza per mio figlio assistito in maniera costante, attenta e gentilissima dai bravi istruttori - anche direttamente sui percorsi per un incoraggiamento o per ricevere consigli su come affrontare al meglio un percorso. Oltre che un bellissimo momento di divertimento è stato bello vedere Andrea mettersi alla prova, sempre nella massima sicurezza e guidato dagli istruttori. We spent about 3 hours at the beautiful climbing centre Vejadventure, two families with 4 children aged 3-8. Everybody had a lot of fun. The employees were very helpful, supportive and kind, making our stay and the whole experience pleasant. The park and all of the climbing routes are very well maintained and safe.
