Irina and Andrea have created an amazing cat haven, and a heaven for cat lovers! All fifty cats are named and loved, and are obviously very happy in this little corner of paradise! Only Guido and one other wanted to come down to the beach with us today, and that was clearly following their beloved mumma Irina! I appreciate how the individual nature of each cat is respected and there is no pressure for them to 'perform' for visitors. We had a lovely visit with Andreas and met all the cats. He showed us around and let us take some photos on the beach with the furry residents. The only thing that made us sad was seeing all the cats in the cage. Some of them were so friendly and loving and beautiful, surely adoption would be a better option for them than life in a cage? Unfortunately we were not able to get in touch, not by phone, not by email - simply no response. We drove by (went to see other places in the same area) and stopped there hoping to see at least something. Gentlemen saw us, but didn’t take a second to come by at the gate to at least say hello or answer at least a question about possible visit. Does not look like they care about...
