Great hospitality of a golf club, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful course, very nice pro shop with well stocked golf products. Reception staff speak English well too. Visited the first day they opened in February so lots of maintenance work going on at the driving range as well as the fairway and green. At this time of the year, white flowers start sprouting out so using a bright coloured ball will definitely help in finding it when the grass on the fairway is still far from ideal. Only downside is the rental set of ladies club was too old and uninspiring, made up of different brands and old models, guess not too many lady golfers visit the club without their own club set. Read moreCourse was a disgrace. Firstly we turn up to hire some clubs because we were on a holiday and we called the club the day before and they said we could hire clubs. However they told us that the pro shop had closed down!!! Then when we did eventually get in there to get the clubs we were going to hire there were not any balls!! So we had to negotiate with some of the members to give us some sleeves. The price to play is way overpriced. (90 euros a round). I would highly not recommend to use this golf course and if you are looking for a golf break do NOT come to the...
Read moreConero Golf Club was a great experience for us. We loved playing golf in the rolling hills full of wild flowers and herbs. Not only was the course great but the hospitality at the club was so nice. We were able to play a game the same day we arrived, they loaned us clubs both a mens and womens set and had a good golf shop where you could pick up all mannor of balls. The pace of play was relaxed, and no one seemed to mind that we stopped after the nice for a sit-down lunch at the club house that had all sorts of tasty treats and a fully stocked bar. We had so much fun, highly...
