My parents come to Soverato often and so when we decided to visit Glauco beachclub it was the first time for them! Being natives of Italy...they are tough to impress!! Glauco was a incredible surprise, a hidden jewel on the beautiful shores of Soverato. The water is clear and warm and the atmosphere is modern, trendy and has an amazing vibe. I had both lunch here ands an aperitif at night. The view of the bay and surrounding hills is like paradise, the water is as clear as a pool. You are surrounded by white curtains waving in the wind, cushioned chairs, cabins for massage therapy and you are offered delicious fare. I ate paccheri, a pasta topped with swordfish, eggplant and cherry tomatoes and later had a salad of octopus and white beans and fried little fish.
