Impressive cave, well worth a visit, especially as it's free and only a short stroll from the Grotta Marittima pillirina sea cave.

We found a well-trodden path which led us through the scrub and down the hillside to the cave. The route was a little precarious in places, with some steep steps - you'll need sensible footwear.

There are 2 possibilities to see the spot: by boat or prepare yourself to walk on foot a very long way through the thorny bushes, sharp stones without any shadow for miles....
