Dear Lamberto and Olga, Your life's journey has created this wonderful place, food, and wine. From the moment we arrived, we knew we wouldn't want to leave.
It was evening when we arrived, coming straight from the Rome airport. We were greeted by Lola the dog, whose barks let you know we had arrived. Olga opened the gate and called for Lamberto. We had only planned to stop by for a quick wine tasting, but what we found was so much more than we could have ever imagined.
We had a brief but amazing conversation and even helped you load some grape boxes that were being shipped to a client late in the evening.
Afterward, Lamberto and Olga invited us into their home to share wine and a meal, without any expectation of payment. We had other plans and a hotel booked, but we ended up staying late into the night, enjoying an incredible meal and superb wine while getting to know two wonderful people.
We promised we would return, and we did. Two weeks later, we came back to stay with Lamberto and Olga. Our visit was during the harvest, and we got up early to join in the manual grape picking in the vineyards. We learned so much, and it's truly an experience that is hard to describe in words. The days flew by, and we found ourselves not wanting to leave.
But the time came to go home. We said goodbye, reflected on our amazing time together, and of course, bought a lot of wine to take with us. Most importantly, we left with two new friends who helped us reconnect with what's truly meaningful in life.

An experience we'll never forget. This place is absolutely wonderful — amazing food, incredible wine, and most of all, a genuine and fantastic human being who guides you through everything with warmth and passion.
Before visiting Stefano, we knew nothing about wine. He walked us through the entire process in a way that was both educational and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. He treated us not like customers, but like old friends.
The food was outstanding — we were served vegetarian dishes that were hands down the best vegetarian food we’ve ever had. And don’t worry about leaving hungry — Stefano is anything but stingy. The portions were generous, and the flavors unforgettable.
Stefano himself is as much a part of the experience as the wine and food. He has a kind, genuine soul and a gift for connecting with people. The wine he served — made by him — was of outstanding quality, and honestly, shockingly affordable for what you get.

Stefano made our vacation (and even saved it with all his great local tips and referrals)! We truly dined and were pampered by him. He beautifully paired his gorgeous organic wines with equally gorgeous organic food. This private wine pairing over lunch and intimate setting was a real treat for my husband and I. Every mouthful was so good…seemingly simple menu but we know better to think we could ever recreate it the same. Produce was from his own garden too!
He shared his knowledge and passion with us about his vineyards and wine making process and his local knowledge and tips were truly helpful to us.
August in Italy would never be my first choice but our plans were immovable and Stefano helped us really have a terrific experience with him and in his extended community.
