We spent half a day on this beach with takeaway dishes from the supermarket, fruits and water. Here you can enjoy the sea by different activities. I tried snorkeling even though I am not good at swimming, I liked much the clean water and fishes playing around me. The phone internet is not working properly, so it is better to bring a book with you or buy the wifi package offered there if you want to get connected. Taking a nap is also nice on the beach. If you plan to stay long, bring enough water with you, not only because of the hot weather but the salty sea water you happen to taste while in the sea might make you to drink more water. The bar is a little bit far away comparing to the long beach and where you set up your spot. Maybe the business owner there can consider to sell drinks (if alcohol is not allowed) in each umbrella/bed rental zones. With respect to parking, maybe early arrival can guarantee better slot, but we still managed to park following the Italian order when we arrived...

Great beach – on this trip to Sardinia, coming from the north after the ferry, this was our first stop before Orosei and it turned out to be a perfect choice. Large parking area with fairly reasonable prices, and the beach itself is excellent. The entry into the water is very gentle, and although it wasn’t record-level clear that day because of some floating plants, the water was still, as always in Sardinia, absolutely amazing.

Right by the beach you’ll find bars, a larger restaurant, and some stalls selling beach gear and souvenirs. There’s even a decent little shop with women’s beachwear. The sand is soft and pleasant, and that typical Sardinian breeze makes the heat much more bearable and the whole stay very comfortable.

As for getting there – the access isn’t nearly as bad as some reviews make it sound. It’s just a gravel road, perfectly manageable even with a small, low car. The road isn’t particularly bumpy, no huge holes, and you don’t need a high suspension vehicle...

Disappointing because we came for the cows. There were no cows. Instead we found an overcrowded beach. FYI we were there on a Sunday between 15:30-17:30

If you come for the beach itself it’s a 4/5 since it’s a big beach with space for tanning and playing games. Long lasting shallow waters ideal for children. With a sandbank right before the deep part starts. There is also a beach bar and some small stands. Showers cost €0,50 and give two people time for a proper rinse off. The machine only takes 50cent coins so make sure to have that. There’s 4 showers connected to one pole so no lines for the shower.

Payed parking with limited spots makes it a 4/5 instead of a 5/5. I would recommend you drive to spiagga pedra marchesa for free parking as the beaches are connected and you can walk over for the amenities. The payed parking has amenities for campers on the parking ground the free parking I don’t know.

No cows...
