Orlando's hotel is a very nice and relaxed spot amidst the gentle hills of the Langhe. Go here for a couple of days, eat at some nice trattoria's in the neighborhood, indulge yourself in a wine tasting course...||Foresteria Settevie is at easy driving distance of a lot of small Italian villages.||The breakfast is perfect - best homemade jam we tasted in years.||We were very happy with the pool in hot summery Italy - and it was kept very clean. ||The rooms are big enough and tidy. ||Of course this area isn't were the real action is...but sit back in the evenings with a glass of Orlando's wine, which you can taste and buy on the spot, and you'll consider this a quite value for money spot. And that life in the Langhe isn't so bad :-)||||You may want to find other regio's if you're not into wine and good food...but trying the homemade wines in local shops is a must-do...

Abitiamo a Torino, tra il cemento e il caos e quando possiamo anche con poco tempo, ci piace scappare dalla vita frenetica per qualcosa di più rilassante.|E' il caso di questo weekend. Nella zona ci sono tante proposte, diversificate ma la voce in comune è bei paesaggi, buon vino e tanta pace.|La struttura si trova vicino al paese di Treiso, a 10 minuti da Alba, dispone di 7 camere, di una piscina, di una cantina con degustazione, di un bar autogestito e ti un parcheggio privato.|Siamo arrivati in orario, ma l'accoglienza è stata confusionaria, gentile si, ma abbastanza improvvisata, dopo una certa attesa perchè in reception non c'era anima viva. La struttura è ben curata ma è priva di personale, nel senso che la sensazione che hai e di essere lasciato un pò a te stesso durante il soggiorno. Hai modo di comunicare tramite un numero di cellulare e wathsapp, con risposte non sempre puntuali. Il primo giorno abbiamo richiesto un aperitivo ma senza successo in quanto la cucina era già chiusa, è possibile però servirsi da soli al bancone e segnare le consumazioni. Senza organizzarsi e avvisare il giorno precedente non è possibile pranzare, effettuare apertivi ecc.|Il giorno seguente avevamo prenotato la degustazione in cantina, ben gestita dal titolare, costa €50 in due, con ottima selezione di vini e relativa spiegazione. L'unico neo, con il vino non ti danno neanche uno stuzzichino o qualcosa da accompagnare, peccato.|La stanza era appena sufficiente, pulita e in ordine ma niente di particolare, c'era una scala che portava ad un mini terrazzo sul tetto, claustrofobico a dire poco.|Nella piscina ci siamo dovuto togliere noi il robottino delle pulizie in acqua perchè era li dalla sera prima e al solito nessuno era reperibile.|Colazione abbondante, di ottima qualità specie nel salato, più ridotta nel dolce. |Ambienti comuni ben curati e atmosfera carica di pace e serenità. Troverete molti stranieri sia in struttura che nella zona, affascinati dai vini e dalla buona tavola.|Concludendo ci sono pro e contro nella mia esperienza, sicuramente paesaggi, ambiente e cortesia del personale (quando c'è) ma anche un senso di poca professionalità turistica e tutto un pò improvvisato nell'organizzazione.
