A hidden gem just 5 minutes from our villa! My wife and I visited without the kids and were hoping to drop in around 4pm — we were warmly asked to return at 5 for the tasting, which was no trouble at all. For just €25 each, we enjoyed generous pours of 3 or 4 wines alongside a beautifully curated vegetarian antipasto platter (they happily catered for our dietary preference).
The wines were excellent — the Roselisa (a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Shiraz) was a standout for me, combining all my favourite varietals. I ended up buying three bottles for an absolute steal — I couldn’t leave without taking some home!
The host was genuinely lovely, sharing stories of his family’s history in the region, which added such a personal touch to the experience.
And the view... absolutely to die for. A perfect backdrop to a perfect evening. Exceptional value and a must-visit if you're in the area....

My ancestors are from Borgo a Mozzano and it was a joy to talk with Anselmo and his beautiful mother about the town. He is very knowledgeable on wine production and I appreciate how he loves the land and his attention to detail in how his grapes are grown and harvested. The wine is AMAZING! His white wine and his red wine are superb. We bought 2 of each! Additionally, we bought 2 bottles of his red reserve and cannot wait to try it when we get back home. Do yourself a favor and go to...

His passion for his wine is apparent as he talks about each of them. If you are looking for a real wine tasting experience with a real Tuscan with genuine passion you have to book here. The pours were generous, the wines were smooth and flavorful, and the snacks were delicious (especially the one Anselmo and his mother...
