I had an appointment at 4.30 and at 3.50 the Madame who works there called me to tell me that the tour of the canteen and the vineyards could not be done because there were “journalists” there. Of course there were no other available places where I could go so we decided to go there anyway. When we arrived there we asked her if we could stay outside and she said no because it was windy (of course she said no just because the “journalists” were inside). We were supposed to do the 3 wine tasting but she told us that we could get the 6 wine tasting for the same price (as she felt guilty for what happened). Guess what? An excellent experience. We were incredibly well looked after as a group and made to feel so welcome by all. The staff,especially Eashan, were fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and spent an incredible amount of time with us and went through all the wines in great detail. Remained approachable and polite and chatty throughout our stay.
