Fantastica cantina della zona, a conduzione familiare, su prenotazione si può fare una degustazione di vini e di aceto balsamico tradizionale di Modena questo direttamente dalla botte!O anche degustare le tipiche tigelle/crescentine con salumi e formaggi. Il lambrusco lacrime di bosco è il mio preferito, ma anche il rosè è fenomenale. È possibile anche per chi volesse fare un piccolo tour della tenuta e della linea produttiva.

English: this is a great family winery, they have several organic awards winning wine and here you can taste the real organic lambrusco of Castelvetro, every wine is organic and produce with the grapes from around the house where the owners live. Here you can taste also the traditional balsamic vinager of Modena directly from the cask, nothig is fresher, they have a 12 years old and a 35 years old one. If you book a tasting you can also ask for the tigelle/crescentine and cured meat like the famous ham of Parma. We arrived for a tour in the winery and wine tastings (ordered online) accompanied by local bread and cheese. We spent there 1.5 enjoying hours , discussing with the sommelier about wines and lambrusco production. Recommend to arrive before sunset, so you'll see the view of the valley in the beautiful afternoon light. The wines were good, and grant us a totally new opinion about lambrusco. in our country, bars usually serves the cheap version which is too sweet and extra brut party wine. We decided to drive a few kms out of Modena and came across this truly family owned winery. Their wines were exceptional. Then they introduced us to their traditional balsamic vinegar and the extremely timely process in which it takes to make an exceptional product. It was a highlight of our few days here in Modena.
