One of the best natural wines with a very special and warm-hearted host. A winery and vineyards with the highest standards for sustainability that one can find with an extraordinary wine selection. We were greeted on a beautiful platform on the vineyard. The tour and explanation how they do not use any extra irrigation for the plants was out of this world. Today we did a picnic in the vineyard and it was like a fairytale. The owner is super friendly and explains everything about the winery. Strette di mano e sorrisi da tutti i componenti della famiglia, questa l'accoglienza riservataci appena arrivati alla Cantina Lilliu di Ussaramanna. Roberta e Pietro, con l'ausilio del Sig. Michele, gestiscono questa cantina con passione e dedizione. Oltre alla qualità dei vini, è apprezzabile la capacità di farti sentire un ospite gradito. La degustazione è stata preceduta dalla visita alla vigna in cui Pietro illustra i metodi scelti per la coltivazione della vite in seguito la degustazione si è aperta con il Pantumas, cannonau vinificato in bianco a cui rimane però tutta l'anima del vino sardo per eccellenza. Il secondo vino è stato il Diciosu, cannonau in purezza che mi ha ricordato quelli fatti bene, grande qualità. Si è concluso con il Biazzu, un viene di vitigni tra cui Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Sirah, speciale.
