Cascate Calieroni — Attraction in Valbrenta

Well, there's incredibly little parking on a dead end street. Access is very limited, viewing is tough for this same reason. There are a few dry creek beds leading through the area and that feed into these pools, when there is water. The little walkway where you can see some of a couple of the pools is nice. Otherwise, we wouldn't have found them without the shenanigans and noise of the young adults enjoying a little of the water on a 40° Saturday. We assume that to get up onto the pools you walk down from where the dry creek suddenly starts to have water. There was a "cave" of sorts a little upstream from the first bridge adjacent to a concrete build out from the rock face that had bars across the door. It could be interesting, depending what it is, where it goes, and maybe the tempurature inside. Not sure how to get to the spillway below the trickle of water where youd likely get the best view of the falls, but not the pools. Super cute little town...

Interessante location anche fotografica penalizzata in questo momento dalla scarsità d'acqua. Alla parte superiore si arriva facilmente seguendo le indicazioni del navigatore. Ci sono una 15ina di parcheggi. Da qui si scende oltre il muretto e, per i più avventurosi, è disponibile una "scaletta" sul lato dx della cascata che permette di scendere sugli stretti sbalzi della parete. Volendo godere della vista da sotto bisogna recarsi sul ponte in paese. Vi si giunge o in auto o, dalla posizione precedentemente descritta, usando la scaletta in cemento che si trova sulla sponda dx, sotto la casa. Il greto è (ora) facilmente attraversabile data la poca acqua. Quando sul ponte, guardando la cascata, sull'angolo a sx del ponte, si intavvedono i gradini che fanno scendere sul greto cementato. Per accedervi è necessario scavalcare il parapetto e quindi ognuno si assumerà le proprie...
