On a personal note: The tasting room at Adami isn’t co-located with the vineyards but it offers a modern room with a beautiful patio and one of the best tasting walk throughs I had in the region. The young lady teaching me about Adami Prosecco was passionate about the wines and deeply knowledgeable but, at the same time, lighthearted in her mission to help me understand and differentiate between the different styles.

Great for: learning about the Prosecco region in a fun, relaxed setting. There’s no such thing as a stupid question here (I tested that out).

Highlights:

Located in the Alta Marca area of Treviso (an area that’s been producing wine since the Middle Ages). 3rd generation family-run winery that has been producing for over 90 years. Harvest of grapes exclusively by hand. Adami produces some single vineyard wines so you can taste the uniqueness of the characteristics of...

My husband and I visited on Monday, January 17, 2022 around 1600 hours. Cristina welcomed us with open arms. We were the only patrons but she really took the time to explain the science behind the Prosecco we tasted. We tasted 7 different Prosecco's and were given the option to taste them in order from driest to sweetest, or by vicinity where the grape was grown. We chose the latter so we could taste the difference between the grapes grown on the mountain versus the valley. Cristina was patient and her English was impeccable! We learned she has been working on her family vineyard since she was 10!! She attended the local prosecco college in Conegliano and is a real expert on the subject. She was kind, patient and educational. We highly recommend Adami for anyone visiting the area! Ask for Cristina, you won't be...

We found Adami through some research on best prosecco wineries for tasting and tours and glad we visited. Giulia led the tour and tasting. Her warmth, knowledge and hospitality made the tour very enjoyable. As for the wines, we tried 7 variations. All with unique characteristics and all with a different story to tell. The Cartizze and Rive were our picks! Of course. They usually pair cheeses with the wines but unfortunately had run out at the time. Note: they don't have a commerce faciility so if you would like to buy some be ready to buy a case or use a distributor in your country. They will help guide you on best options.

We had the most amazing visit. Christina was the most wonderful hostess and tour guide. We travelled over 3 hours and its was so so worth it. The vineyard is beautiful and she explained everything is detail. It's a family owned vineyard and the passion shows. As for the prosecco...GORGEOUS. Bubbles for everyone even the most fussy or those who wouldn't be so keen normally. We purchased some to take home. Great prices and no hard sell which was great, to be fair they don't need to it sold itself! Will definitely be back and already searching as to where we can buy back home to relive the experience.

We did the Adami World tour, which a 2 hour tasting, cellar and vineyard tour. Cristina was amazing and super informative. It was the perfect place to start our processco vineyard tour as she explained everything about the processco making process and much more. The tour of the vineyard made this tour extra special as we learned about the Adami family history in the region and more about the growing process.
