Despite knowing that the track is not suitable for sledding, they easily sold a ticket for a full day of sledding.We walked from the top 6.5km with a 5 year old child on high snow.The saleswoman mentioned the slow sledding and not the walk from the top 37€ per person, for a 5 year old child the walk was free. 😵‍💫...The salesman, having received a complaint from me when we arrived at the bottom station of the gondola after 2 hours,suggested that we should come back the next day and get a new key card for that day.We had a cold shower,as we were only going to return the key card,and we were not entitled to a ticket in the opinion of the manager ,as we were told to drive slowly.We walked and with a 5 year old child in high snow!!!!and drovefrom a hotel 30kilometres away,because we trusted the employee. Nice and cosy little ski resort not far from Brenner pass and only a 10 minutes drive from the highway. Features two modern chairlifts with easy to medium to hard runs. All skill levels are served here with tickets for a reasonable price. Kids area in the very bottom with a magic carpet (use of kids area requires a ski course). Some nice mountain restaurants (Ladurner Hütte, Edelweiss Hütte and Pfeiffer Hüsele) with great local food make it hard to continue skiing after a nice lunch :) Perfect for...

Mio figlio, principiante sugli sci, ha preso paura davanti ad un cartello di colore rosso della pista n.9 (NON SEGNALATO SULLE CARTINE), perciò si è fermato e spostato di lato per cercare un'alternativa ed è arrivato ai gatti delle nevi (dove ha parlato con un'operatore a cui non è minimamente passato per la testa di aiutare un bambino di 13 anni) che stavano uscendo perché da li a poco avrebbero fermato la funicolare visto l'orario. Io lo aspettavo a monte (non sciavo); morale della favola, sono dovuto scendere a piedi fino ai gatti delle nevi, da lì ritornare alla pista ed aiutare mio figlio a scendere quel pezzetto che portava alla stazione intermedia della funicolare, ma è stato tutto inutile perché le cabine erano tutte chiuse. Abbiamo iniziato a scendere a piedi le piste rosse che poi in un tratto diventava nera, quando grazie a dio, ci ha raggiunto un addetto in motoslitta e ci ha accompagnati a valle; ma io dico? NON ERA PIÙ SENSATO AIUTARE SIN DALL'INIZIO PORTANDO IL BAMBINO COL GATTO ALLA FUNIVIA ANZICHÉ DOVER CERCARE DUE DISPERSI NEL BUIO IN LUOGO COMPLETAMENTE SCONOSCIUTO A LORO A TEMPERATURE SOTTO LO ZERO? lo non consiglio questo impianto ai...
