We booked a tour to see both sides, which was called the one love tour we were supposed to see Tuff gong, international, and the Bob Marley Museum first of all when we arrived the gate was wide open. There was no security. No one to greet you in or let you know where to go or where to park. There were two other couples there that were also lost as well as I stated before absolutely no one outside to direct you. Anyways, we were late for the first tour, (15 mins) which apparently began at Tuff gong international, which we were unaware of because in the confirmation it says to arrive at either or location it never specified, which one but anyways, this was April 11th around 2:15 PM. Whoever the lady that was sitting behind the glass Giving out the tickets was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. She was very uneducated , unhelpful, and gave all the wrong and misleading information. Apparently we were supposed to go to Tuff Gong international first that’s where the tour begin. The lady told us to sit here and wait since we’re late there will be another tour starting at 3 PM at the Bob Marley museum. When I reread my confirmation, I realize that the tour said 2 1/2 hours she told us to sit here and wait till 3 o’clock till this tour begin, which made no sense because they close at 4 o’clock so when I notice I went up to the window And brought it to her attention, and she looked at me as if she was deaf or im speaking a different language . Instead of telling us to go to Tuff Gong international first, and then come back here for the second tour, she made us miss the whole first tour sitting here waiting for the second tour to begin and then they tell you you have to have a reservation don’t just show up that’s a SCAM for them to get your money because it says no refunds FYI : Do not make a reservation online. Wait till you get there and then pay. so if you’re late stuck in traffic emergency happen you’re screwed so we went there on a Thursday Apparently they’re closed Saturday, Sunday and Friday , They are telling us to come all the way back on Monday. Don’t they know people work Monday through Friday Or they are on a limited time vacation . Then I asked to speak to the manager who Took almost a half hour to come out ! whoever she was, was a disgrace to the company. She was absolutely no help at all . NEITHER ONE of them apologized or even say well let me give you credit for the next time when you do want to come back they pretty much telling me you just lost out on US$100 and there’s nothing they can do about it.. the Customer service there is a disgrace to the Bob Marley Legacy and the whole Jamaica. This place needs to either be taken over by new manager, or just shut it down completely. And then, then, on top of that you’re not even allowed to take pictures, so you spend all this money for what to have no type of...

“ I recently revisited the Bob Marley Museum in Kingston, and I was pleased to see some positive changes since my last visit. Firstly, they have lowered the ticket price, making it even more accessible to visitors. Additionally, they have made some valuable additions, such as a small outdoor cafe and beverage bar, providing a convenient spot to relax and refresh after the tour. One notable enhancement is the inclusion of a well-produced film that serves as the grand finale of the house tour. This addition provides a captivating and informative experience, further immersing visitors in Bob Marley's world. It's unfortunate that photography is still not allowed inside Bob's house, but the film compensates for this restriction. However, I must note that the merchandise in the gift shop left me somewhat disappointed. Many items appeared to be of poor quality, with a noticeable lack of craftsmanship. The abundance of T-shirts and overpriced plastic items took away from the overall experience. I hope they consider sourcing higher-quality products to match the significance and legacy of Bob Marley. For those interested, there is an opportunity to visit the working Marley Family music studio, which requires separate tickets purchased at the box office adjacent to the cafe. This is an excellent addition for music enthusiasts looking to delve deeper into the Marley family's creative process. All in all, I'm glad I returned for a second visit as the Bob Marley Museum has made noteworthy improvements to enhance the overall experience. It remains a perfect way to spend a few hours when exploring Kingston and celebrating the legacy of the legendary Bob Marley."
