So you say you wanna get away...to a place with no time and space - The Cove is where you want to be. Take the left/right by the drax hall KFC depending on your direction of travel and follow the marl road down to paradise (signs are in place to guide you along). So the roadway to the beach is very rustic so take your time but the end product is so worth it😉 It's very private, nice white sand with accommodating wooden tables and tree stump chairs. The water though very clear can be bit cold & the sea bed is a bit rocky, very mild deterents if you ask me. You have the option to follow a nature trail out to some sea cliffs - VERY PICTURESQUE but make sure to wear proper shoes to manage the sharp rocks. The bathrooms are clean, and has running water. Outdoor showers are available also. The restaurant is ready to cater to your hunger needs and a waiter will take and bring your order to you on the...

This beach is very tucked away, not easily accessible if you don't have private transportation.

Parking is adequate. When I visited the entrance fee was JMD$750. Which seemed reasonable dye to the fact that chairs, restrooms and changing rooms are available.

The beach is really nice. Not too deep. A fee sharp rocks are present towards the left hand side. (Which I cut my toe pretty badly on btw lol)

There is a trail that leads to the cliffs. The view is amazing. Please ensure you have on sturdy shoes with thick bottoms because the rocks are very sharp and will pierce shoes when stepped on.. (definitely cannot be walked on barefooted)

Overall is a nice secluded beach. Perfect for smaller...

It's a beautiful little spot. Clean and pleasant staff. We had secured parking. It's definitely a family beach, you don't have to worry about explicit music. They had beach chairs for rental for $500. Entry was $1000 for adults and $500 for children The only downside is that you can't take in food and the food they prepare wasn't good at all. The burger was Hella dry, had to drown in ketchup and mayo to be able to eat it. Same thing with the hotdog. I was scared to waste any more money on food. The jerk chicken was Hella burnt on the pan, so I never bought it. But apart from that, you'll definitely enjoy the beach. Not too deep and a few spots to take...

The ambiance is lovely. Tables and chairs provided. There is bathroom and a shower area. The water is clear and the sand is white. However, in the water, there is a lot of sea weeds and sharp rock. There is a part of the water where my husband stepped on dead sea urchins leaving spikes deep in his skin. So more cleaning could be done to the water itself. The grounds on a positive note was clean and nice. At the end of the day works was seen cleaning the place back up.My family enjoyed themselves. One more thing beach chairs are provide for a small charge of $500 JMD.
