Took my family on a treat to get ice cream and to see sample the patties. The physical development that was done made the property appealing and welcoming 👍 However, the server - Britania that served us at the ice cream section was very rude, curt and unwelcoming. We greeted her with respect and a smile but all we got was responses as if we were bothering her. Your servers should be trained in customer service. Other than that the ice cream was good...the curry goat patty was a bit salty but okay👍improve the customer service quality which will add a great deal of value to your organization.
