Funland Jamaica — Attraction in undefined

If I could rate this place zero I would I went there on a school trip expecting to have some fun but it was just awful.The staff at that place need to be fired because they treated us rudely like we didn't matter. A gentleman saw us in the line waiting to get something to eat or drink for so long but went to the back of the line to assist some women instead of serving the ones in front When we were getting served they told us there is no food nothing no fries no burgers no hotdogs and all of us was hungry we then decided to get drinks and your telling me 200 dollars for a small coco cola bottle and 200 dollars for a water bottle smaller than the normal size we were shocked and upset. Then we decided to try and have fun at the VR room when we entered the man said 500 per game we didn't expect that because the money we payed for the trip should have covered it we explained to him and he simply said he doesn't care we decided to pay for the game and when we were about to play he decided to turn of the lights and told us light was gone what kind of gentleman is that is this how staff is supposed to treat us I...

My family and I went here as guests of a kids party. My biggest concern with this place is that they don't take safety seriously.

I was waiting to ride a bumper car with my 3 year old son. We were waiting near the gate when one of the cars hit it. The gate was not secure/locked so it swung open at high speed, missing my son by inches. If it had hit him for sure he would have been seriously injured.

The staff member manning the area rushed over to me to apologize, he pulled the gate shut but still failed to lock/secure it, meaning that the same thing could happen again. I also noticed an occasion where he allowed a child to exit her car while another one was still being driven around.

There were other things I noticed like lack harnesses/straps on the merry go round, and broken steps on the trampolines. If they don't start to make safety a priority someone is going to get seriously injured one day!

My children did enjoy themselves, but its just a shame that there are safety issues and the staff don't seem to be trained as it relates to the safety of...
